Wiltshire Police are appealing for information following an assault in Corsham town centre that left a man in his 20s with a head injury on the evening of March 28.

The victim was attacked shortly after 9.50pm while walking along Martingate towards The Corsham Galleries by two men who were hiding nearby. He was taken to hospital by ambulance for treatment.

The police investigation is ongoing as officers seek witnesses and anyone who recognises the suspects involved in the incident.

Attack Details

The two suspects, who had been in Corsham with a third man prior to the assault, reportedly waited around a corner before attacking the victim. The victim sustained a head injury, which has caused serious concern for both the police and the local community.
